My experience in working with Josh Blakely with Ekho Health was a fun eye-opening experience. We went through nearly a full postural assessment in which bad habits with my posture started to emerge. At the end of our session Josh gave me plenty of helpful tips to combat problems such as a forward leaning neck, pronated feet, and inhaling into my chest rather than my stomach.
